• Cysteine and glycine-rich protein 3 (CSRP3) is a member of the CSRP family of genes encoding a group of LIM domain proteins, which may be involved in regulatory processes important for development and cellular differentiation.
• The LIM/double zinc-finger motif found in CRP3 is found in a group of proteins with critical functions in gene regulation, cell growth, and somatic differentiation.
• Very strongly similar to rat MLP; contains zinc-finger LIM domains.
• Other genes in the family include CSRP1 and CSRP2.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Peptide ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000Western Blot: 0.01-0.03ug/ml.
• A band at ~20kD is observed in human, mouse and rat heart lysates.
• The primary incubation is 1 hour
• Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2.5ug/ml using human skeletal muscle and heart paraffin embedded sections
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
