84-1108-18 Ubiquitin Hydrolase L1, CT (PGP9.5, Ubiquitin CT Hydrolase L1, UCH, UCHL1, Ubiquitin thiolesterase, PARK5) 1mg U1005D
特徴
- UCHL1 is a thiol protease that catalyzes the hydrolysis of C-terminal of ubiquityl esters and amides to generate ubiquitin monomer.
- It also binds to free monomer and may prevent its degradation by lysosomes.
- It is expressed in neurons and cells of the diffuse neuroendocrine system and their tumors.
- UCHL1 oxidation has been observed in brains of patiens with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
