Heregulin-1, also known as neu differentiation factor -2 (NDF) or Neuregulin-1(NRG1) plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation, metastasis, differentiation, and survival of varios normal and neoplastic tissues.
It binds to c-erbB-3 and c-erbB-4 tyrosine kinase receptors, and has diverse functions in neural development and neuromuscular junctions.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
