- Beta-Catenin plays an important role in the cadherin-mediated anchoring and organization of the cytoskeleton.
- It is also involved in regulation of gene expression as a mediator of the Wnt signalling pathway.
- Beta-Catenin associates with the tumor suppressor protein APC and it is implicated in early embryonic development and tumorogenesis.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000Western Blot: 1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
