特徴

• C-erbB-2 oncoprotein is a 185kD type I membrane tyrosine kinase receptor and belongs to the EGF receptor family.
• It plays an important role in the control of intracellular signaling events which are crucial for cell growth, differentiation and survival.
• The overexpression of the erbB-2 proto-oncogene is associated with an aggressive human adenocarcinomas, mainly breast and ovarian tumors.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:100Western Blot: 1:500Immunocytochemistry: 1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
