ChREBP is a transcription factor involved in activating genes that encode enzymes of fatty acid biosynthesis in liver and adipose.
This protein may have relevance to lipid metabolism, obesity, and type II diabetes.
Applications:Suitable for use in Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sectionsWestern Blot: 1:1000 detects a band at ~95kDOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
Do not freeze.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
