• TRF4-1 is a nuclear protein whose expression is cell cycle-regulated at a post-transcriptional level.
• Two genes, TRF4-1 and TRF4-2, belonging to this family have been identified.
• TRF4 is also required to maintain a different aspect of higher order chromosome structure, sister chromatid cohesion.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
