特徴

• Useful in the identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas and certain non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas.
• The most common feature of these malignancies is the restricted expression of a single light chain class.
• Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is clonal and therefore malignant.
• Immunoglobulin bearing Kappa light chains are present on about 60% of normal B lymphocytes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Turbidimetry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Recommended Secondary Antibodies:Rabbit Anti Goat IgG (Fc) FITC, HRP
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
