特徴
- Nerve growth factor-b (b-NGF) is a potent neurotrophic factor which supports the growth and survivability of nerve and/or glial cells.
- The active form of human b-NGF is a dimer, formed by two identical 119 amino acid subunits, which is held together by strong hydrophobic interactions.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Direct): 1ug/ml using 100ul/well.
- Detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human NGFb
- ELISA (Sandwich): 0.25-1.0ug/ml using 100ul/well.
- Detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human NGFb.
- Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
- The detection limit for recombinant human NGFb is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
- Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% BSA.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
