elegans by means of caloric restricion.
Overexpression of the protein can extend the life span, and is, thus, a regulator of longevity.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen/paraffin): 1:200-1:500Western Blot: 1:3000Immunoprecipitation: 1:10-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
