PHAP I plays a role in a number of cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and tumor suppression.
It is expressed in a variety of tissues with highest expression in kidney and skeletal muscle.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1ug/ml detects a band at ~32kD in Raji cell lysateImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2ug/ml requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining paraffin sections.
Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
