• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1ug/ml detects a band at ~32kD in Raji cell lysateImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2ug/ml requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining paraffin sections.
• Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
