Syk protein is expressed in immature T cells, all B cells, basophils, hepatocytes, platelets, and erythrocytes.
It functions in some T cell receptor signalling processes in addition to B cell receptor and integrin-mediated signal transduction processes.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:200Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
