HSP70 participates in all of these processes through its ability to recognize nonnative conformations of other proteins.
It binds extended peptide segments with a net hydrophobic character exposed during translation and membrane translocation or following stress-induced damage.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.05-0.2ug/ml Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20ºC.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
