- The V-ATPase subunit A is a catalytic subunit of the peripheral V1 complex of vacuolar ATPase.
- V-ATPase vacuolar ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells.
- V-ATPase is a heteromultimeric enzyme composed of a peripheral catalytic V1 complex attached to an integral membrane V0 proton pore complex.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.02-0.2ug/mlWestern Blot: 1.0ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
