RGS6, regulator of G protein signaling 6, belongs to a subfamily of RGS proteins, which serve as GAPs (GTPase-activating proteins), increasing the rate at which GTP is converted to GDP by isoform alpha G proteins.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000, ~54kD band is observedOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
