The subunit is 3 different light chains, LC1, LC2 and LC3, can associate with MAP1A and MAP1B proteins.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:1000Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
