MAP1LC3B is a subunit of neuronal microtubule-associated MAP1A and MAP1B proteins, which are involved in microtubule assembly and important for neurogenesis.
MAP1LC3B is probably involved in formation of autophagosomal vacuoles (autophagosomes).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:1000Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
