- CKAP-5 is a microtubule-associated protein typically overexpressed in tumor cells.
- It is involved in microtubule dynamics required for mitotic spindle formation.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence/ Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:1000Western Blot: 1:1000.
- Band at ~200kDImmunoprecipitation: 1:10-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, Aiquot and store at -20°C.
