Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:3000Western Blot: 1:100-1:3000Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:3000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Note: Pre-autophagosomal and other perivacuolar punctate structures.
The proper trafficking of ATG9 between the pre-autophagosomal structure and the other punctate structures requires ATG2, ATG18, ATG23, the ATG1-ATG13 complex and the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase complex I.
Belongs to the ATG9 family.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
