- ATG12-conjugating enzyme (E2-like enzyme), likely serves as an ATG5-recognition molecule.
- SUBUNIT: Interacts with MAP1LC3A.
- By interacting with MAP1LC3A, it plays a role in the conjugation of ATG12 to ATG5.
- Also able to directly interact either with ATG5 or ATG7.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immuhistochemistry (IF): 1:100-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Cellular Localization:Cytoplasm (Probable).
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
