Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug per 10e6 cells; mouse splenocytes treated with PHA
Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml using perfusion-fixed frozen sections of mouse thymus
Western Blot: 0.2ug/ml with lysates of EL-4 mouse lymphoblast cell line and CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line (negative control)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
