Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug/10e6 use 10ul to label 10e6 cells Raw264 mouse monocyte macrophage cell lineWestern Blot: 0.1ug/ml Recombinant mouse MGL1, MGL2 ELISA (Inhibition): 0.4-1.6ug/ml Will block 50% of the binding of 500ng/ml of biotinylated Lex-Polyacrylamide to immobilized recombinant mouse MGL1 coated at 2.5µg/ml (100ul/well).
At 15ug/ml, this antibody will block >90% of the binding
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
