• The transmembrane region contains an Arg at position # 251, suggesting this receptor interacts with activating adaptor proteins.
• LILRC1 is found on B cells, neutrophils and macrophages.
• Over aa 17-248, mouse LILRC1 shares 84% sequence identity with rat LILRC1.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml detection limit for rmLILRC1 is ~ 2ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions

• Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
