特徴

• The human gene encoding this enzyme (484 amino acids) has been cloned by Chadwick and Frischauf (1997).
• The protein shares considerable amino acid identity with the human lymphoid cell activation antigen CD39.
• The gene is expressed in all tissues but predominantly in the heart in cardiac muscle and capillary endothelial cells.
• A splice variant has been identified in fetal brain (Yeung et al, 2000).
• CD39L2 preferentially hydrolyzes nucleotide diphosphates rather than triphospates.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml detection limit for rhCD39L2 is ~ 2.5ng/well
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml detection limit for rhCD39L2 is ~ 5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions
• Immunoprecipitation: used to immunoprecipitate rhCD39L2 from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
