特徴

• The CD13 antigen is present on most cells of myeloid origin, including granulocytes and monocytes in normal peripheral blood.
• CD13 is not expressed on B-cells, T-cells, platelets or erythrocytes.
• Expression of this antigen is greater on monocytes than on granulocytes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml.
• Use 10ul to label 1-2.5x10e5 cells in total reaction volume ≤200ul.
• Tested for use using U937 cells
• Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml.
• The detection limit for recombinant human CD13 is ~0.3ng/well.
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
• The detection limit for recombinant human CD13 is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
• Immunoprecipitation: Precipitates CD13 from conditioned media of transfected NSO cells
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
