特徴
GPRC5B expression is reported to be widespread with highest levels observed in brain, kidney, pancreas and testis.
ESTs have been isolated from a wide variety of human tissue libraries, including normal adrenal, brain, heart/melanocyte/uterus and pineal, and cancerous germ cell, nerve, ovary and parathyroid.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 20ug/ml.
Heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0, citrate buffer is recommended
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
