- Nop30 (nucleolar protein of 30 kD) is predominantly expressed in muscle and is present in the nucleoplasm and concentrated in nucleoli.
- The predominant nucleolar localization of Nop30 points to a potential role in RNA processing in muscle nucleoli.
- A CARD domain containing protein, designated ARC for apoptosis repressor with CARD is related to Nop30 with a different carboxyl terminus.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunocytochemistry: 1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
