特徴
- Presenilin 1 Antibody detects endogenous levels of the carboxy-terminal fragment of presenilin 1 (~22 kD).
- The antibody detects the full length protein (55k Da) to a lesser extent.
- Western blot image shows extracts from HeLa (1), SK-N-MC (2) and COS (3) cells probed with Presenilin 1 antibody.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500Immunoprecipitation: 1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
