特徴
- The V5 epitope tag is derived from a small epitope (Pk) present on the P and V proteins of the paramyxovirus of simian virus 5 (SV5).
- The V5 tag is usually used with all 14 amino acids (GKPIPNPLLGLDST), although it has also been used with a shorter 9 amino acid sequence.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.05-0.2ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-1.0ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
