特徴
- S-tag is derived from pancreatic ribonuclease A (RNase A).
- With its abundance of charged and polar residues, the tag could improve solubility of recombinant proteins.
- It can be fused at the N- or C-terminus of target protein.
- S0015 is a useful tool in detection of recombinant proteins containing the S-tag.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 0.05-0.2ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
