PON2 (serum aryldialkylphosphatase 2, aromatic esterase2) is one member of the PONs family of molecules, which includes PON1, PON2, and PON3.
PON2 demonstrates the highest AHL hydrolization activity of the three.
PON2 is widely expressed in a number of tissues and cell types, and it is implicated in a number of diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, type two diabetes mellitus.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
