- CHK1 has an important role at the G2 checkpoint in the cell cycle.
- CHK1 is activated in response to DNA damage, and serves to phosphorylate Cdc25, which results in cell cycle arrest.
- Recent studies suggest that CHK1 may also play a role in the S phase checkpoint.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.

- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000.
