Well-characterized antibodies for epitope tags consisting of short sequences have been widely used in the study of protein expression in various systems.
The B-tag pAb is an epitope tag composed of a six-residue peptide, QYPALT, corresponding to a highly conserved region of VP7 core protein of the blue tongue virus.
