特徴
- Stem cell factor receptor (SCF R, also known as c-kit and CD117) is a member of the type III subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases.
- SCF/c-kit ligand binding induces receptor dimerization and autophosphorylation on multiple tyrosine residues.
- Phosphorylation of SCF R/c-kit at Y730 allows binding of PLC-γ.
- Applications:Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
- Reconstitution:Reconstitute in PBS containing 0.02% NaN3.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
