Mouse Lipin 3 is a 94kD member of the small Lipin family of nuclear proteins.
It is primarily expressed in the GI tract and may play a role in DAG production or membrane synthesis.
Applications:Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml.
Immunocytochemistry: 1-15ug/ml using immersion fixed CCD-18co human colon fibroblast cell lineOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
