Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cellsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Absorption Maximum:490nm
Emission Maximum:520nm
Flow Cytometry Protocol:1.
Cells of interest (1-5x10e5 cells) are stained with a mouse IgG primary antibody
2.
After the recommended incubation period the cells are washed 3 times with a PBS buffer by centrifugation at 250 x g for 5 minutes
3.
The cell pellet is resuspended in up to 200ul of PBS and 10ul of I1903-56B is added to each reaction
4.
The cells are incubated for 30 minutes at 4° C in the dark.
The cells are washed 3 times as indicated in step 2
5.
The cell pellet is resuspended in 400ul of PBS for Flow Cytometry analysis.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.
仕様
Size:100Tests
Host:goat
Source Antibody:mouse
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.5% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with Carboxyfluorescein.
Specificity:Recognizes mouse IgG, H&L. This antibody was adsorbed to eliminate human cross-reactivity and the IgG fraction was further digested with pepsin to generate F(ab')2 fragments which have reduced interactions with cell surface Fc receptors.
