• Mature human FAM3A shares approximately 93% amino acid sequence identity with the mouse and rat protein.

• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml; The detection limit is ~1ng/well.
• Shows ~5% cross-reactivity with rhFAM3B, rhFAM3C and rhFAM3D.
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml; The detection limit is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
• Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
