Recommended Dilution:ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution In conjunction with biotylated anti-human PLGF (P4273-01A) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human PLGF
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human PLGF is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 2ug/ml staining human breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
P4273-01 was incubated overnight at 4ºC.
An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen.
Sodium citrate, pH 6, is recommended for heat induced antigen retrival
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
