Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Neutralization and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Neutralization: 1.75-3ug/ml will yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 beta (50ng/ml)
ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution.
In conjunction with biotinylated anti-human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 beta (M1202-31D) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 beta
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 beta is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1ug/ml stains human pancreas adennocarcinoma when incubated for 2hrs ar RT.
An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen.
Heat induced antigen retrival with sodium citrate buffer, pH 6, is recommended
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
