Recommended Dilution:Sandwich ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml using 100ul/well
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human GITRL is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
Immunohistochemistry: 3ug/ml using A-431 cells incubated overnight at 4˚C followed by a fluorescent labeled secondary antibody

Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
