特徴
- PEA-15 is a 15kD phosphoprotein expressed abundantly in astrocytes, fibroblasts and tissues including lung and eye.
- The protein has been shown to coordinate cell growth, death and glucose ultilization.
- The amino-terminal DED domain of PEA-15 mediates its binding to FADD or ERK and futher regulates the ERK and apoptosis pathways.
- PEA-15 can be phosphorylated at two serine residues, Ser104 and Ser116, located within the carboxy terminus.
- Phosphorylation at these sites regulates binding to ERK and FADD.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunoprecipitation: 1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
