In disease state oligomerization, extensive amyloid oligomerization creates plaques in neural tissue that correlates with Alzheimer’s symptomology.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: DirectWestern Blot: 1:500 detected Amyloid Oligomer on 10ug of mouse brain lysates
Immunoprecipitation: 1:1000.
Suggested cell lysis buffer is RIPA.
Suggested capture agent is magnetic beads (Dynabeads).
Known co-precipitatiing polypeptide: Amyloid beta, alpha synuclein oligomers
Immunofluorescence: 1:200 diluted 1:1 in a mixture of blocking solution and PBS (refer to protocol)Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:10,000Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
