• It is now shown that CRLR can function as either a CGRP receptor or an ADM receptor, depending upon which members of a new family of proteins called receptor activity modifying proteins (RAMP1-3) are expressed.

• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, PBS, 10mg/ml BSA.
• Aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
