特徴

• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000 (detection limit)Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml.
• Approx 22kD band observed in lysates of Human T cell line MOLT4 (calculated MW of 21.4kD according to NP_002863.1).
• Staining (2ug/ml) of MOLT-4 lysate (RIPA buffer, 35ug total protein per lane).
• Primary incubated for 1 hour.
• Detected by Western blot using chemiluminescence
• Immunohistochemistry: 0.3ug/ml in paraffin embedded human tonsil; stains most cells in the mantle zone and interfollicular area.
• In the germinal centers the majority of cells are negative.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
