Western Blot: experiments gave bands at approx 30kD and 35kD in human acute lymphoblastic leukemia MOLT4 lysate after 0.3 ug/ml antibody staining.
These bands correspond to the reported isoforms with calculated MW of 32.8kD according to NP_647478.1and 30.9kD according to NP_071444.1.
Recommended concentration: 0.1-1.0 ug/ml.
Staining (0.3ug/ml) of MOLT4 lysate (RIPA buffer, 35ug total protein per lane).
Primary incubated for 1 hour.
Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
