特徴

• CBX3 seems to be involved in transcriptional silencing in heterochromatin-like complexes.
• It recognizes and binds histone H3 tails methylated at 'Lys-9', leading to epigenetic repression.
• It may contribute to the association of the heterochromatin with the inner nuclear membrane through its interaction with lamin B receptor (LBR).
• In addition, it is involved in the formation of functional kinetochore through interaction with MIS12 complex proteins.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA: Detection limit dilution 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.3-1.0 ug/ml.
