Recommended Dilutions:Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000.
Western blot: Approx 30kD band seen in Jurkat lysate.
Recommended for use at 1-3ug/ml
Staining (2ug/ml) of Jurkat lysate (RIPA buffer, 35ug total protein per lane).
Primary incubated for 1 hour.
Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence
Immunohistochemistry: 0.1-0.3ug/ml.
In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil, stains mantle zone and to a lessser extent germinal centre.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
