特徴
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Peptide ELISA: 1:4,000.
- Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml.
- Approx 18kD band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 16.4kD according to NP_002090.2).
- 1ug/ml staining of Human Liver lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer).
- Primary incubation was 1 hour.
- Detected by chemiluminescence
- Immunohistochemistry: 2-4µg/ml.
- In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows bright staining of erythrocytes.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
