CSK is ubiquitously expressed as 2 mRNA species.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml, ~48kD band observed in lysates of Jurkat, K562 and MOLT4 (calculated MW of 50.7kD according to NP_004374.1)Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
