84-1083-36 8-Oxoguanine DNA Glycosylase (OGG1) 100ul O5700-25B
特徴
- Human 8-Oxoguanine DNA Glycosylase (hOGG1) is involved in the excision of 7, 8-dihydro-8-oxoguanine produced as a result of DNA damage.
- This gene has been localized on human chromosome 3p25.
- Several forms of hOGG protein have been cloned differing in lengths (351-424 aa) (1).
- Applications:ELISA (1:10-50K; using 50-100ng control peptide/well.
- See O5700-25A.)
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
